The way to the NBA's ring under confinement

The way to the NBA's ring or to accomplish any medal is large and you have to be prepared also under confinement. It can be possible that you can't do all the exercises which come bellow, for example because your house ceiling is not tall enough or the room is not very long. But you can try some of them. Do "workout 1" the first on Monday, "workout 2" on Wednesday, and "workout 3" on Friday, along a week.  
Further you can do 100 sit-ups, 33 lumbar, 10 push-ups and 20 squats.
