How to create an NBA basketball team for your town in a 10 years period

I have always liked the saying "If Muhammad will not go to the mountain, the mountain must come to Muhammad" This meaning how powerful one can be that even can make mountains to come to oneself if he has faith. Therefore we will think about the seemingly impossible or improbable idea of creating a NBA basketball team that plays in your own town. Lets imagine your town is Vigo, a city in Spain that has a population of approximately 300,000 people with peaks of 500,000 on working days. 

There are already a few available teams like Seis do Nadal (Sixth of Christmas), VGO Basket and Rias Baixas (Low Stuaries). Some of then have already ascended from a league to a better one. This had taken them two years time. Now that are in EBA league they have the possibility of getting a better sponsor. For example they could get a sponsorship of car's factory PSA Peugeot Citroën. Myself asked it to the General Directions of Brands in Madrid and Jose A. León Capitán answer negatively but maybe he changes his mind in the future if he sees basketball potential for the city. Or they could be sponsored by companies of Vigo with contracts with the center of drones at Outeiro de Rei (Lugo,) adjudicated to Indra and Inaer, like Delta Vigo, Sivsa, etc. They would be good sponsors and the city teams could play then in most important leagues if they also win the ascent on the courts, thank to the young players of Vigo that are developing their basketball skills.

Then the objective is to ascend several leagues till Endesa League also called ACB. That can take at least 5 years more. The problem here is that there is already an important football (soccer) team in the city (Celta or Celtiña). And the interests of both teams could collide. So the future main basketball team of Vigo should better play on the surroundings of Vigo, for example at Porriño. This is an improbable place to play but I think would be optimum, because Porriño also has good basketball.

2 Years more would be needed to be stablished on the ACB League. Probably by then the NBA league of the commissioner Adam Silver want to make a division in Europe and Vigo's team could be accepted as an important emerging team of Spain. Hereafter, one year later, we could have the team playing near Vigo (at Porriño) that is, in our own town.
