πŸ€ Salesianos' drill. Passes to get before a defender

I am going to comment on a drill we used at Salesianos basketall club of  Vigo when I trained there the first half of this season 2017/2018.  The drill starts on the bottom left side of the court with two players, Y and X that pass the ball between them without bouncing while go down the court. When player Y arrives to the extension of free throw line penetrates and makes a lay-up. First X rebounds and passes to second X who is on the right band and this one to third X who is on the center of the court. This one passes to fourth X player who is on the right band near the bottom. Meanwhile Y, that had made the lay-up, runs speedily to the other side of the court trying to steal the ball avoiding the passes between Xs and goes to defend the last X who penetrates to basket.

The idea is that passes between Xs are very fast ant Y has no time to defend.
