How to feed the seagulls with your own hand

You must know that a seagull only is going to come to your place if you feed it. Obviously you have to live on a sea port. Probably one may think that feeding a seagull is a little dangerous because they are birds of prey, but if you show not fear they will also fear you. You can get this little by little. First you look a bit out of the window until you are used to them, and with the pass of the days you will see that when they come to you very near, there is a point when the seagulls are fearful of you and scape scared.

You must leave some bread on the window ledge. Then they will come to your window, and will catch the bread. At some point you will see that the birds come to your window early in the morning. Is when you can bring the bread with your hand. You can also to feed then with a glove on if you had fear that they bite your hand. This is not going to be the case because the are very accurate and will only catch the piece of bread. They can also be fed with other food like sardines, they do not like squids, they like whatever sweet you give them like donuts, Christmas nougat, marzipan and also shrimps, chicken (yes they eat themselves). Potatoes chips are difficult to eat for them but they can used to them. They do not like tomatoes or fruit neither.

The problem is that seagulls normally come to your window and peck the crystal and this can be a little annoying.

Here it is one of the seagulls at my window behind the curtains. Normally he came from the roof in front of my
house. There are a male and a female. Female are normally shorter I think.
They leave usually as a couple all the year around and has they little seagulls
in spring-summer.
