The future of human being. From homo sapiens to super intelligent drones.

It is curious that people like Stephen Hawking, Elon Musk or Bill Gates are afraid of Artificial Intelligence development. They prevent us about the perils of a super intelligence. They seem to know it well. For common people they look like if themselves were super smart. And we see the result, they win a lot of money, they rule several companies and they are ahead of the most amazing cientific advances. They know perfectly what a super intelligent would do because they know what themselves do. They rule the world.

AI cannot be treated as other inventions of the past like planes. At the beginnig travelling on planes was dangerous but then arouse a serie of measures to avoid accidents and nowadays it is one of the most secure ways of transport. But in the case of AI, if existed something more intellingence than us, it took the control. That could on the other hand be good for us a species. It could be bring us prosperity and wellbeing.

But humans are very weak. Almost everything can provoke as to die. In a second your life is out because a car run over you or you slipped and you fell over a bridge. It would be necessary that in some way we could repair ourselves. But in the case of a brain failure it is difficult to surbive.

Maybe AI is the next step in the evolution from bacteria to multicellular bodies to dinosaurs, then mamals, monkies, homo sapiens and finally super smart devices with AI. If we want to survive to future robots, for example, we have to act smart ourselves and put an agreed quota to AI. In this case we could continue to live the "finite" life of a human being. I think nevertheless the logic evolution is that machines, maybe nanorobots with AI, are going to be the next type of "live" in our planet. It could be that intelligent drones were the future leaders of the world.

But if we survive AI we have new possibilies ahead. We could live much longer than we have until now, for example, thanks to the good work of cientifics like my friend the Gerontologist and Computer Scientist Aubrey de Grey. If we can avoid the illness of aging and continue to improve the span of life I do not think there will be a problem with overpopulation like some people may think because we will inhabit new planets, thanks to entrepreneurs visionaries like the same Elon Musk. The conquer of Mars is coming!
